Purple Dot Cafe in Seattle. The name of the dish is exactly what you get. Two generously-sized slabs of flank steak cooked Chinese-style with black pepper sauce poured on top. Served with steamed rice and vegetables. It was ok, however definitely not worth the $9.95 price tag for a lunch plate. Definitely will check this place out again as a late-night meal option.
